Unprofessional behavior from management. Was promised 11-12 hour night shifts during interview process, but then got whiplashed with a 17 hour shift that wasnt initially agreed upon. Management was wishy washy about the 17 hour being a choice to it being mandatory. After I said that I was willing to try a 17 hour shift, (on the context that if i didnt mind it, then put me on it but if i didnt like it, then we go for what was initially promised) management decided to fire me, saying that i was no longer needed and that “we feel this job isnt suited for you.”
On top of this, they have no problem with yelling at staff and clients.
