Let me start by saying the WhatLiftsYou Wings Mural is stunning. The design is vibrant, eye-catching, and absolutely worth seeing. It’s one of those Instagram-worthy spots that’s truly a work of art. The wings are big, bold, and will definitely make you want to snap a picture.
However, the experience of visiting this spot was less than ideal. First off, there was an incredibly long line to take photos, which is understandable—it’s a popular spot. But the real frustration came from the people around. It seemed like no one had any consideration for others waiting. Some people were cutting in line, taking way longer than necessary for their pictures, and just overall being really inconsiderate.
It’s one thing to have a crowd, but when everyone’s pushing and shoving or holding up the line for multiple photos, it kind of ruins the experience. It felt chaotic and disrespectful to the people who were patiently waiting for their turn.
I really wish the vibe around the mural was more respectful and organized because the mural itself is fantastic. If you’re willing to deal with the crowd and the rudeness of others, the mural itself is worth seeing. But honestly, I don’t think I’d go back anytime soon unless it was a less busy time of day.
