For me, this company is a disaster and I don’t think it’s a coincidence that they don’t allow voluntary reviews on Facebook! Fortunately, the situation is different here and I can describe that it is better if no one wants a job through them or entrusts them with the job search! They assessed me very superficially, what they are doing almost falls into the ‘You don’t need to know anything for the job, but if you are interested in the job, we will put you out to tender’ category! I told them several times that it would be better to leave the whole thing if you need to know the job at the level of concepts, but they said on the phone that “Profession will not be discussed at the interview and anyway, if my colleague has already selected herself, then it is very likely that she will be hired for a given position!” “Our reference is very, very high!” The reality could not have been further from the promises! Hesitation when confronted, according to their manager I wasn’t suitable anyway because of my age, but he still gave me a chance and otherwise he couldn’t know exactly what I know professionally for the given position… Let’s just say I don’t understand after that , why they describe themselves as “Ethical labor broker”. It is really ethical to send the candidate 360 ​​km back and forth by train, as well as to promise him firewood! Everyone should think 5 times whether it is possible to talk to them if they call you on the phone!
