In fact, you are promised everything possible before you start there, dream wages of over €2,800 plus the 6-month payment of €800 if, like me, you don’t live in the same federal state. Blah blah blah… the arrangement was made in 3 companies and it was mostly fine until Corona then it was over with the glory of rooms that were rented for €300, they were charged €700 straight away etc. It’s pure crap, of course the place can prove everything through records and pay slips. Well, everyone as they please for me was Vorarlberg etc. I met wonderfully nice people but the rest was simply forgettable except for one very nice and competent employee who was fortunately also responsible for me. At MSE they seem to be more profit-oriented people. Profit is always at the expense of the smallest and at the expense of the employee. The main thing is that they collect €59 per hour and more for the placement of a worker and ideally want to pay less than €10 net 🥱

Be careful, they say everything nicely and are also nice. But I think it’s because they have nothing else to offer. They also pay less than they say, some hidden clause. I really can’t recommend it to anyone.

Actually quite nice, but the promised one was NEVER paid. We were missing ~300€ per month! So it’s more of a lure offer so that someone can even start there. The work shoes for €27 were unusable for use on a construction site
