Very pleased with my time at Prime imaging, Chattanooga. Entire staff were professional. Technician Ms Katie was super professional, Very helpful and technically sound. This was the best experience I have EVER had a medical office. I was able to schedule easily for late April, but then found out I am having knee surgery April 2nd. I put myself on the cancellation list and let the nurses know about my situation. They were able to get me in during one of the first cancellations available! That alone was lovely. Once I was in the building, everyone was so kind and helpful. The assistant took plenty of time to explain how the nerve test worked to take the “unknown” and fear out of the experience. Then the doctor – WOW. What a kind, patient and knowledgeable man. He was able to prepare me for every test and give me the results right away! I did not have to wait for an assessment, but had time to ask him questions and respond to his care suggestions. I would recommend this doctor and this location to anyone!

The staff were efficient, pleasant and I was called back at my appointment time. Gave good detail explanations of what I could expect during my procedure. I would recommend them to family, friends and anyone in need of their services.
