I came for my ultrasound today. The staff on the front desk was very friendly. Brenda checked me in, she was very nice. It was a pleasure talking with her. The ultrasound room was warm, bright, and clean. I had an amazing experience with a sonographer, Alla R. She was very nice and friendly. I felt very comfortable during our procedure.
I wish all radiology centers were the same as this one.

Everybody at the front desk, and the technician that did my dexa scan were very professional and extremely friendly. I live about an hour away yet I choose Blue Bell because of the customer service. I could go a lot closer to me but the girls and staff in the office are top notch.

I had a poor experience at Jeff’s E. Norriton facility but since my Dr. is affiliated with Jeff, I thought I would give the Blue Bell facility a chance. HUGE MISTAKE! It has been 3 days and my x-ray has still not been read. This is inexcusable and unacceptable as every other imaging facility in the area promises a report within 24 hrs. My wife has an MRI at Main Line Health and the report was issued in 3 hours! I gave Jeff a second chance and they blew it. I would recommend going anywhere else for any imaging needs. Really, really bad. Would give zero stars if I could.
Update: Still no report. Sad and amazing!
Update 2: They responded to my review asking for second chance, but guess what?.? STILL NO REPORT!
