I’ve really enjoyed living at AVA Ballston Square, but what truly makes this place feel like home is Joel at the front desk. He is an absolute gem — always smiling, genuinely friendly, and incredibly helpful no matter the situation. His positive energy is contagious, and he brightens my day every time I see him. Joel goes above and beyond for residents — not because he has to, but because that’s just who he is. In many ways, he is the heart and soul of this building. I can honestly say that AVA Ballston Square wouldn’t be the same without him. Thank you, Joel, for all that you do!

AVA Ballston is a great place to live. Leasing, concierge and maintenance staff are very communicative, prompt and helpful. Jose Munoz and Co were quick to respond to the heating problem in February to come and troubleshoot and update and follow up. Shout out to Sarah from the leasing staff and Joel from the concierge team who took our concerns promptly when there was a smoking across our hallway.

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for the leasing company that manages our apartment building. This holiday season, they went above and beyond in making sure the residents felt special. They set up a fantastic free packing station, complete with wrapping paper and all the materials needed to wrap Christmas presents. It lasted for several days, and it was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made the holiday season more enjoyable. What really touched us was the wonderful surprise they gave to my 2-year-old son. He dropped a letter to Santa Claus in the mailbox, and the leasing company made his dream come true by gifting him a toy train. It was a beautiful and heartwarming moment that we will never forget. Additionally, the front office staff, especially Joel, deserves a special mention. He is always so friendly, helpful, and caring. His positive energy creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our building, and we honestly believe that without him, our community wouldn’t be the same. His commitment to ensuring the happiness of the residents makes him a standout and a true asset to the company. We feel incredibly lucky to live here, and we are grateful for everything this leasing company does to make our building such a wonderful place to call home.
