A very factual article. I would like to add that many companies from large cities advertising do not specify in which district the company is located. This is crucial for people living outside this city. It’s not a waste of time to submit an application if I know that I can expect problems with getting to an interview, let alone a job for several years. Another topic: not responding to the submitted CV or waiting for the candidate to respond for… 3 months. Then conduct the interview, declare your acceptance or rejection and… the candidate must contact you himself. Both cases took place in two companies with very good images. Treating a potential employee as a partner results in respect for the potential employer. It is also worth taking into account the point of view of the person applying and who can help create better working conditions in which “old” employees will feel good and will not leave. Worth considering!
