When working for Motive/2Roads, the COVID protocol was sketchy between Motive/2Roads and 91 Express Lanes. Neither ended up covering me when a family member got sick and I was around them and didn’t think it was right to return to work and was following government protocol of quarantining (and also ended up sick). While figuring this out it was very hard to get in touch with HR from Motive, and I felt they were giving me a go around. Not only did I experience this issue, my now friend/coworker also had a similar issue with Motive and 91 Express Lanes, after I quit.–Please note this was early COVID and not actually when I posted a few months ago.

In response to owner’s reply, I understand but I expect a certain level of transparency and professionalism from all of my employers, if I’m giving you 40 hours+ of my life a week, as a human we deserve openness and I have standards that I’m not willing to give up and your team could not be transparent at that time. It wasn’t worth the headache. I wish you luck.
