I really want to give a Zero Star Rating: my elderly parents live and have lived for 7 years in Latigo Crossing. Their complex was sold to Mosaic about a year ago and it has gone down hill from there. Currently they have been without a functioning dishwasher for 2 months and there is mildew and mold growing on all those dishes which is toxic to their close living quarters. The management liaison keeps lying to them about the dishwasher being replaced. It is unacceptable behavior from Mosaic Residential Inc. On top of that, they are raising the rent – fixed income means nothing to them.

Communication is very important, I appreciate your time and attention to my concerns.
Second update.
This building is infested with bugs, and the assistant manager sent the lead maintenance to pick up the bags of trash from the neighbors, and they only washed one section.
This is disgusting to see, to live in.
I can’t take this anymore. No one cares!
The sad part is having to pay over $1,000 to live under these circumstances.

Mosaic has taken over managing Teakwood apartments in Seabrook. The new office staff are rude and absolutely no help. We have lived here for 7 years and have never had any issues with the old management. The new company is the absolute worst and the property is getting trashy. Very disappointed!!
