Where do I start with this agency. Well I secured a job on Friday for a Monday morning start and as far as I was concerned it was a 0600 start time. Now, every evening I turn my mobile off so it was a massive surprise to me when on Monday morning 0400 when I turned my phone on and there were 5 messages sent on Sunday night when my phone was off asking me if I still intended to go to this job that I agreed to going to the Friday before. The messages also said if you don’t call me back by a certain time i will cancel your job and get someone else, just like that! As I said even though we agreed to this job on Friday! Now this position is a very hard job to fill as the company isn’t the greatest to work for and they knew it but I knew all that but still agreed to give it a go for one day. It’s so unprofessional the way they go about things so if your thinking about using MORE recruitment please don’t as even if you arrange a job you still probably won’t start so always make sure you have an alternative as back up.
