I worked with Taylor and “Cool” Gabby, they were great! I don’t have enough good things to say about my experience, but to sum it up: I had a good time finding a job that couldn’t match my what I was looking for in terms of short and long term career goals. They keep in touch, they’re not another agency that disappears if you’re not a fit for whatever random job they called to pitch you, they make an earnest effort to understand what it is you’re looking for and place you there rather than trying to sell you on whatever openings they happen to have, and they’re really nice people. It was a fun, collaborative, and ultimately very rewarding experience working with the Chicago team.

I had a fantastic experience with Jobspring! The folks there are efficient, hard working, and professional. They have an excellent process where I met a team of recruiters and right away they all went to work on finding opportunities for me. They quickly paired down the opportunities that were the best fit and I was most excited about, and then focused in on getting me viable interviews. Although I greatly appreciate the efforts of the whole team, I worked most closely with Courtney and Christine. They did an excellent job getting me in front of some great opportunities FAST!
I couldn’t be more impressed with the service they provided and Jobspring will definitely be my first contact the next time I’m looking for work in the Chicago area! Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Finding a job is stressful, but once I started working with Jobspring I had a wonderful experience. I worked predominantly with Christine and Rose, but the whole team was professional and helpful. They’ve completely changed my view on working with recruiters. Within a few hours of reaching out they had set up a time to meet me and presented opportunities that actually fit my experience and background. I never felt pressured and Christine was great about coordinating interviews and following up. I fully credit landing a position that I truly wanted to their work.
