I’ve been doing temp work with Monroe Personnel for years. I feel like Nancy and Debra have my back and are both caring and effective. I’ve gotten so many interesting jobs with them and appreciate their kindness, efficiency and timely follow-up. They attract a high caliber of people who are both skilled and responsible. Thank you Debra & Nancy for yet another great posting. Everyone at Monroe is so supportive and friendly. I’ve had two postings now with Monroe and they have been and currently are great. My recruiter, Nancy is the best. She responds when I need help or questions answered and keeps in touch with me dong check in’s and updates me on where my contract is performance wise. Since registering with and working temp assignments through Monroe Personnel since late last fall (2013), Monroe has been nothing short of excellent in locating top-notch, career-oriented short and long-term temp positions for me as I transition careers.
