Low communication, and low paying positions. Far below the market rate. When I was critical of their rates and gave advice based off of my 25+ years of experience in the creative industry I was blocked by the recruiters via their email service, and yet I still receive their “offers” and remain on their list. Just like other companies of this, they let clients dictate the price they are willing to spend rather than let the talent they source dictate the cost. Cannot recommend this kind of behavior.
