Worked with Allie Horovitz in November at the tail end of a months-long job search. She was insightful, helpful, engaging, and thoughtful in bringing an opportunity to my attention that – frankly speaking – other recruiters had tried to get me to listen to, but I had passed on. The time she took to ask questions of me and also to share information about the opportunity displayed the absolute best professionalism and consultative partnership in a way that I wish all recruiters would mimic.
