Invested so much time into the recruitment process with Lachlan, even submitting required documentation on holiday – only to be tossed away without a second thought. The worst part was that I was rejected for not only 1 role, but 10-20 as the client was hiring a cohort; and that I was rejected after successful background checks – companies/agencies don’t background check unless you’re a final stage candidate (because the checks cost money). Don’t go with Lachlan if you want to get your hopes up and dreams crushed. All he provided was buildups and a false sense of hope.
