I want to first say that Modern Technologies service went above and beyond. I didn’t expect service to be so fast, professional and such quality. I saw that Modern Technologies had posted a great offer through Living Social which I had to quickly purchase for myself. I also told others about the deal and actually had a friend use Modern Technologies service for his family home. he actually schedule an appointment before I did and told me that the installer was really and did an awesome job. With that being said I was looking forward to my appointment and getting my tv mounted onto my gest room wall. I a week in advance thinking I would be able to get something the following week, but to my surprise Modern Technologies was able to schedule me in the same week and actually on Sunday. He said that he would be able to stop by b’w 9am and 12pm. To my surprise he arrived at 8:30am which was great. He was friendly, well spoken and professional,. He carried all his equipment with him and handle everything with care (TV mount I purchased, wall, TV as well as carpet). I have had previous installers mount other TV’s but I have to say that Modern Technologies by far are best. Not only did he finish the job b/w 30-45 mins. He didn’t leave an marks or dents in my walls. he even had his own personal vacuum to clean up the access mess. WOW!!! now that was impressive. I strongly recommend and have already ref him to a few of my friends and associates. Modern Technologies service is realiable, professional and quality at his best. Last but least, I forgot to purchase a template cover that will allow the wires to come through the walls. To my surprise he installed and provide me one for free. Now that was really impressive. I could go on and on but I am truly a satisfy customer. My wife and I actually watch a movie in that room last night and she was pleased by how great of a job was done. Sincerely, Trev
