I have been a paying customer of HubSpot and, while the application itself offers excellent functionalities, my experience with their technical support has been disappointing. I encountered an issue with two-factor authentication (2FA) after upgrading my phone, which prevented me from logging into my account. The support representative, Yesenia A., was unhelpful and unresponsive, often taking more than a day to reply. This lack of assistance resulted in me being locked out of my account for over a week. It’s worth noting that HubSpot’s own documentation states that the 2FA reset process takes a minimum of 48-72 hours.
While the platform’s features are commendable, the bureaucratic and sluggish support significantly hampers the overall user experience. Therefore, I am rating HubSpot with 3 stars; the application deserves higher, but the poor technical support cannot be overlooked.
