I have to say that Jared was probably the most helpful individual I have had in any work experience. I applied to a job through Jared, and he walked me through the process with diligence and honesty. He gave me notes for the in-person interview with the company on questions they would ask and what they would be looking for. I was hired, and the paperwork process was easy and effortless thanks to Jared. When I then needed to leave my employment with the company, Jared kept my confidentiality until I was ready to alert my managers, and helped me through the difficult process of leaving. I can’t thank Jared enough for all the assistance he gave me.

I was recently laid off from a position from a company I worked for two years. Right off the bat I called the local staffing agencies as I needed to find something soon. Good morning!
I was laid off recently and so I had to rejoin the job market…something none of us look forward to. Once I started applying, I got a bunch of calls from a bunch of recruiters for jobs I had no interest in. It’s as if they didn’t even read my information! Well one day I got a call from Jared Salvi, with Key Personnel Services, and everything changed. He helped me every step of the way, from the day I applied, down to the day I got the job offer. He provided honest feedback and even coached me on how to improve my interview skills. Not one of the other recruiters did anything like that, so I really appreciated it. Anytime I had a question, he got back to me that same day, so I never had to wait long for help. If you’re like me and you need a job and don’t like wasting your time, definitely deal with these guys. You won’t regret it!
