The director of the SPB needs an overhaul their Customer Support Team because of their interpersonal behavior. They talk to individuals calling in for help as if they are toddlers and have very disrespectful tones. I called in to see why I wasn’t receiving email notifications of positions I applied for, nor when I had been referred to a hiring agency, the representative said, “I don’t know why you haven’t been receiving them,” and immediately rushed me off the phone. This should not be acceptable and tolerated by this agency’s executive.
