The Mise en Place website states that having no experience is not a problem because you will be trained. However, they reject you on the spot because you don’t have enough experience.
Reply to your comment: I have no training. I came for an introductory meeting yesterday and was told that I could first gain experience elsewhere and then perhaps join you. A bit contradictory to what is stated on your site, isn’t it?

Disgraceful company. They suck the student workers dry. You know what time you start but not when you stop. Just make sure you have a car or you won’t get home! They do not take public transport into account. No respect whatsoever!!!
