I got involved with Mint for a short time while my credentialing was in process for my regular job and they were very cordial. However, after my credentialing was complete, I was no longer interested in working locums. Ms. Kelly Collins of Mint somehow found a contact number for my supervisor and called her without my consent to ask if I wanted alternative employment. I find this astoundingly unprofessional. I made it very clear that I was only interested in locums *while waiting for credentialing* – it doesn’t look good for me to be contacted at work about other jobs.
Until these people begin to understand professionalism I would steer clear.

Would not recommend working with this staffing group. They are highly unprofessional and pay very low rates. They do not know much information on the contracts that they own and are deceitful in their business practices. They were not able to provide any information on the jobs they were securing. They did not know when shifts had been cancelled or changed. There was no on boarding or training. They would also ask you to arrive at sites early for “training” yet not compensate for that time. It was very frustrating to work with such an unprofessional and erratic group. There are many other staffing agencies out there that I would easily recommend over Mint Physician Staffing. Worked with recruiter Golden Edochie.

Mint Physicians Staffing has kept me working while in between jobs. Nancy Petka is awesome at getting me booked at my preferred facilities. The staff is always courteous and professional.
