Mary is a superb massage therapist. I have been going to her for many years and can say she is one of the best massage therapists I have ever worked with. She is respectful and intuitive, and creates a peaceful experience and environment for her clients. Her sessions leave me with a feeling of healing, energized and refreshed. I was gifted with a massage from my sister and brother-in-law six months ago. They sent me to their favorite massage therapist Tiffany Decker. I was treated to 90 minutes of expert , well, treatment. Tiffany is warm and knows her stuff. I got cupping as well as warm stones to loosen my muscles. While Tiffany did deep work, I never felt like it was too much. I’ll be going back!

I love Dr. Cris’ treatment plans. She gave me some stretches designed to help with tight hip flexors and took photographs of me doing them so I would remember them when I got home.
