I had the absolute pleasure of working with Sophie during my job hunt. If I could describe her in three words, they would be Communicative, Passionate, and Organized. She clearly and efficiently updated me during every step of the hiring process. I loved working with the recruiters here! They make sure their employees are well taken care of. My recruiter Sable was a pleasure to work with. She was always available to chat and give me advice. I will always be grateful for the experience and recommend this staffing agency. You get full benefits and PTO, which is hard to come by for a staffing agency.

I had the privilege of working with Mindspring and I can say it was one of the most refreshing experiences in my early career. I think we all can come to terms with the trials and tribulations of the last two years. That being said, the interview process has become a more gritty place to find your footing.
I’ve worked with many placement/employment companies in the past. Though I’m thankful for the experiences that they funneled me into. I’m most proud of the connections made within, and through Mindspring. To put it simply, their professionalism and attention to detail for each candidate makes the entire process feel seamless. I never felt reduced to a warm body or pushed at companies that didn’t fit my career goals/culture. Mindspring is a company that will listen to you fully and serve you with opportunities that align with your values and aspirations. I can confidently say this is a place to feel comfortable working with, as a women and POC.
