My employer hired Deloitte to do my 2022 tax refund. They sent a confirmation email to me saying the case is complete but in reality it was never filed. In Oct, I finally realized the tax return was not filed and checked with them. After 2 emails an a customer service phone call they replied, saying there is a pending FBAR from me. At last, they filed neither the tax refund nor FBAR for me. I printed out the documents and mail to federal office myself at the last week before expiration.
