Case workers are completely useless!! They have no interest in helping the community! What’s the point of these programs if you never qualify for them? Aren’t they government funded programs? They act as if it’s coming out their pocket! They never return calls, take forever to process request which you end up being denies most of the time! Use to be a good place for help and resources now it’s just terrible! I hope the government steps in and changes things so more people can get the help they need!

These workers prove to me they just wanted stable office jobs. They don’t actually care about us in need. I’ve had my case workers mess up my cases so badly so many times. When that happens they just give me another worker. Then eventually that one messes up too. Then when you try to get a hold of them it’s IMPOSSIBLE. They never answer phone calls or emails. They dont care
Best bet is going straight to the building if there’s problems
