Good outsourcing company. had been worked more than 2.6 years with Lennox client. They are maintaining wonderful payroll and good response from them. Great place to work.

Designs are very good. But they outsource their work to some local factory called meekwud. They cheat MIPL by using all low quality material. Not lasting for even 6 months.
Better to take designs from MIPL and execute it ourselves.
