Moved here to have a closer walk to the state buildings for work, but I wish I rented elsewhere.
The rent is absurdly high for the Internet and heat to cut out periodically. Amenities were said to be finished last year and are no where near being done. The floors and elevators in the building aren’t even done. Parking garage for tenants is way too far considering there is one next door…
Only good thing is that the apartments themselves are very nicely designed and modern.

Abraxas is a one of a kind property. As historically it was an old bank, the future resident amenities and fitness center is something I have never seen in a luxury apartment community, all the while maintaining the historical integrity of the building. The homes are built with excellent high end quality and the appliances in the kitchen are top of the line! The high rise views from the massive windows are memorizing and being literally located in the heart of downtown your in the center of everything. The staff and their attention to detail is truly something to be admired, they made my move in seem less and easy from the phone call to the move in process. Truly a high end luxury experience!

Only rent here based on the apartment itself, the location of the building, and the exact state of the building when you move in.
The amenities in the building are the “temporary” gym that had water incursion at the one rain storm so there has been plastic up for a few weeks. I am not optimistic about it being repaired. And the mail room for boxes.
No other amenities exist. I was told before signing the lease and at move in in January 2025 that the lobby would be completed this spring. It is not finished and now there are rumors about Christmas as a completion date.
Apartment maintenance is good, the only bright spot is that when I report an issue emergency or otherwise with my apartment it is handled.
