My company Six57 Mobility rents a business space in the Marott and I love the space. My clients love the space too. The girls in the front office are awesome helping me get settled into my new space and they are very friendly and helpful. I recommend any one who is looking for a space to rent to live here!

I have been at the Marott for over two years and have been incredibly happy there. The leasing staff has always gone above and beyond to accommodate requests. The building and amenities are great. Not many apartments in Indy have indoor and outdoor pools. The building is beautifully maintained and has an incredible retro and high end feel. The 24 hour concierges are great they are always willing to help too. There have been consistent renovations in and on the building which you would expect from a building nearly 100 years old. While occasionally the dust and noise can be inconvenient it is always done during normal hours and always with the intent of making improvements for the residents. I would suggest the Marott to anyone.

I lived at the Marott for three years and overall it was a quality downtown apartment. I was on the 10th floor with a 1BD 1BA. The on-site facilities like the gym, pool, gated parking (the fob sometimes didn’t work on the back gate) and 24 hour concierge were a great resource to have. It’s location makes it very easy to get anywhere downtown within 15 minutes and it is walking distance from places of interest within the Fall Creek area. The reason I moved was due to constant noise from being downtown from sirens and loud cars coming on Fall Creek throughout the night as well as no washer and dryer in your unit. You get great views on the upper floors but it is a trade-off too cold Winters with the aluminum windows that have bad seals. It is a small apartment for the price you pay, but it’s a trade- off the for location. Its a good option for a downtown apartment for students or young professionals.
