This used to be a good agency but now there is no customer service. They refused to talk to me by phone and left me an email saying they were too busy and didn’t have anything. Their website contradicts their statement so I wonder if they really had legitimate jobs posted in the first place or just to fish for applicants. Either way they wouldn’t even talk to me on the phone to discuss my findings after confronting them on it.
One would think that this is a customer service focus business but they have proven that they are not following the trend. There are many others out there that do care and want to talk to applicants.
