Recruiters are bottom feeders that have kept my industry’s wages stagnant for FOUR DECADES! Everyone single one of you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. A “recruiter” was in disbelief for a AGM kitchen position to ask for $35k with no benefits and chastised me for thinking too much of myself after having left entry level service manager position at $37k a year. Absolutely and totally preposterous. “Recruiters” need to go the way of the Titanic and everyone needs to know what their strengths are in order to negotiate an ACTUAL wage they deserve.

Awful, be careful of these guys. The candidates they sent us were not qualified per the definition we sent them multiple times. We eventually hired someone who wasn’t qualified but had promise and he left after 4 weeks. Then even though they said we get a credit if people leave inside 6 months all they send us is unqualified candidates. 6 months and $21,250 out of pocket we still have no-one. They talk a good game then told me my attitude was the problem ! argh…

Our experience with Latas and Associates has been extremely disappointing. Despite paying their recruitment fee, the candidate they recommended failed to show up for work, leaving us in a critical position and causing significant operational disruptions.
When we requested a refund, citing their failure to deliver on their promises, Latas and Associates refused, claiming their responsibility ends once a candidate is hired. This excuse is unacceptable and shows a blatant disregard for accountability.
Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to rectify their mistake have cost us not only financially but also in terms of productivity. We strongly advise against using Latas and Associates for any recruitment needs, as they cannot be trusted to fulfill their obligations.
