I was informed by the manager Wendy that the company denied me for the position because I didn’t say a word correctly to their liking during the phone interview. She then proceeded to laugh on the phone as if what the employer said was so hilarious. How Unprofessional!! Wendy totally offended me. I then asked the recruiter Luz M also what was the reason why I didn’t get selected and Luz M informed me that the company wanted someone who had travel experience.They are lairs!! The job description did not state anything about booking travel. Wendy did not have my best interest from the beginning or didn’t care to really help me. Wendy fake referred me to another staffing agency as if I was damaged goods to her. I thought Merit 321 was a place that looked out for people at all times regardless if a customer wants the employee or not. Luz M was gossiping to me about a previous employee and how the women asked the pay rate during a phone-interview. Now they want to have fake employees writing reviews for the company. Luz M is a recruiter that wrote a fake review a the bottom as if she’s an employee. I would not recommend Merit 321.I have never dealt with a staffing company like this one

I absolutely love what Merit321 is about, not to mention, woman-owned! Truly inspiring and motivating to say the least. The level of professionalism experienced was refreshing and should truly be a standard for all to follow!

The experience I have had with Merit321 has been exceptional. The staff is very professional, friendly and focused on helping candidates reach their employment goals.
