I have lived in the city for over 12 years. This is by far the WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are unresponsive, unreliable, unprofessional, and slum lords. I moved into a disgusting property where none of the plumbing worked, refrigerator was broken, washing machine was included but not hooked up. Mice droppings and roaches every where. Not even cleaned before moving in. I cleaned up the house because I understood that was what I signed up for upon moving in. As far as the plumbing, no clue until I moved in. And was told someone would be over to fix the refrigerator and hook up the washing machine. After several months of unanswered messages (they do not talk to you at the office and will turn you away) they also do not pick up their phone, ever. I finally fixed the appliances myself. I had to leave the property finally because the neighborhood became unsafe to raise my child, I was told my security deposit would be kept because the renewed my lease for a year even though I specifically said before signing the lease I wanted to go month to month after the first year. I agreed to lose the security deposit. Now I sent a double payment for the last month because it was already paid when I first moved in and I paid it again before I moved out because I always paid 2 weeks early and forgot I had already paid the last month a year prior. I reached out multiple times, nothing. I went to the office and they said I had to set up a phone meeting. Fine. I set up two and the agent, Melissa did not attend. I went back to the office and voiced my complaint. Did not hear back. I contacted the BBB and created a case with them. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The comments are all true. I’m not gonna say much. These people are scum, lords Lived in One of their properties for five months with no heat all winter recently spoke to Melissa she told us it was OK to break our lease. We had to send her in a paper we did so it is now two months after we moved out and they are still charging us rent for this day. These people are so cruel it’s so sad that things you have to go through

Very unprofessional when responding to people, take days. I never experienced a real estate team like this in my life. I will never work with this company again. As you can see they have a 2.7 rating. Unreal!!!! Please go somewhere else.
