Absolutely ridiculous experience at Metroplex Medical Center Farmers Branch. I went in for my annual physical in 2024, which is 100% covered by my insurance, yet I kept getting bills afterward. During the visit, they casually asked about my vision and I mentioned I had LASIK in 2018. They asked if I wanted my eyes checked, and I clearly said NO. Fast forward to 2025, I get hit with a $100 bill for a referral I never even used. Apparently, they charge you even if you don’t go to the specialist.
I called multiple times to clear this up and got nothing but vague, unhelpful responses — just repeated demands to pay. This is a scammy, disorganized mess, and I’m seriously pissed off. I will never go back and highly advise others to stay far away from this place.

Great experience with Metroplex Medical Centers both at Farmers Branch and at Coppell. Dr Binita Patel took her time explaining things to me. Robert the x ray technician very efficient and friendly.They worked me in today after a weekend accident. Highly recommend Metroplex Medical Centers.

I had my first visit with metroplex medical centers in Farmers Branch. I was impressed and my expectations were exceeded by the quality staff detail of the doctor. Didn’t make me feel like I had been going there for years. Hard to find providers like this today.
