MCL is a great firm to work with. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future 🙂

After doing some research I purchased some cleaning equipment from MCL They assured me their price was far for the model I was receiving and that the chemical they also recommended was approved by Health Canada. I come to find out after that they over charged me by 6x (Shame on me for not doing more research) and that the chemical was not approved by Health Canada. When I reached out to my Sales rep I was assured that I would receive superior customer service for buying with them and that I would receive a refund for the chemical as I could not use it. A month later and I have to call asking about my refund 2 months later still no refund 4 months have now past and no refund plus I receive a phone call saying my sales rep has changed and the guy person knows nothing about a refund… Great No the machine that I over paid for has stopped working and when I call my new sales rep no one returns my calls Instead of waiting forever I contacted the manufacturer on my own and they are honoring the warranty and I have sent the machine in for repair. MCL if your reading this You always ask if I would like to order other supplies from you but just so you know that will never happen after this experience and the same goes for my other 9 locations world wide

Great customer service! Placed an order on Sunday night and emailed customer service for an order update at night due to my input error. Got a reply back Monday morning and update my order immediately. Items were ship out same day and I received them the next day! I’d definitely will buy from them again and recommend to everyone!
