I have worked for Matrix for a short while but long enough to earn the respect from the company Doka during my time here I have had alot of fun and liked the work , I believe I have showed my efforts and have been the space to have my own work station and help other learn to do the tasks Matrix has been hired to fulfill. My skills has definitely been brought to my attention Doka respects and trust my workmanship but to find out very unpleasant information on me training and completing more work then expected for as most would say a Temp agency I was very disappointed and felt taken for granted when I learned my pay is by far considered fair! As it stands I once felt gratitude is now felt as I am being taken advantage of. I am committed to finishing this job I was hired for but not eager or wanting to consider anymore work with Matrix it’s very disappointing as I am sure everyone whom has worked beside me would agree . As it stands I will finish this job and not sure I want to continue my employment with Matrix if they feel what they are paying me is fair. Thanks for the opportunity as it stands I’m ready to leave if you want me to.
