We have been extremely happy with our experience at this Spaces location. It provides an nice, professional environment for our staff and has great amenities and resources. There is also access to a nice outdoors area for recreation, cooking, working, meeting up with staff and/or customers. To top it all off, the staff takes great care of us. Marva (team lead) knows us by name, greets is every morning with a huge smile, accommodates us however she can – she makes us feel like we own the place. Highly recommend for any business needing an office or simply a workspace to get things done!

My company has been renting from Regus/SPACES the Quad for nearly 5 months now. It is a clean, energizing place, and has a nice variety of working spaces available in the common areas, and nice meeting rooms. The coffee shop is a plus too! Spaces is fortunate to have Marva as the Community Manager working at the reception area. She is professional, friendly, very helpful, and reliable. Marva has addressed all our various needs with patience and grace which is much appreciated. Nikka is great too! Our staff feel well taken care of at Spaces the Quad, and enjoy coming to work here under our company’s hybrid work arrangements.

I never write reviews, so it has to be a pretty bad situation for me to write this. Caution to anyone wanting to use Spaces. While the facilities are nice and staff at the front desk are nice, customer support and the overall company fall short.
I accidentally signed up for 12 month contract (only needing the space for a month) and instantly attempted to get out of this. It’s been a few weeks of being routed to different departments with no actual resolutions. After initial quick responses from them acknowledging my issue, they seem to now be avoiding helping me.
This entire experience has left me frustrated and feeling like Spaces is not interested in finding a reasonable solution. I feel like I am absolutely being taken advantage of.For anyone considering Spaces, especially for short term needs, be extra cautious during sign up. They are not as flexible as their marketing claims.
