Saw how poorly my friend was treated by this place. She wasn’t feeling well and let them know in advance, hoping to simply reschedule a session. Instead, they refused and still charged her the full amount. It’s honestly shocking how little they care about their clients. Definitely not a place I’d ever support.

Terrible customer service. I was genuinely sick and gave them a heads-up that I couldn’t make my private lesson. I politely asked to reschedule, but they refused and still charged me the full amount. For $85+ per session, I expected more understanding and flexibility, especially when health is involved. Not coming back.

Really disappointed on behalf of my friend who was sick and gave advance notice asking to reschedule a private lesson. Instead of showing basic empathy, the staff insisted on charging the full fee without offering any flexibility. For a place that charges premium prices, the lack of compassion and poor customer service is unacceptable.
