I am currently employed as a HR Manager for a local business in Braintree, Essex and i have been working with Market 36 to support in the company’s recruitment for local talent. Market 36 have been a great support, and we have successfully filled a couple of our critical roles. Market 36 provided suitable candidates efficiently and response rate is very good. There were a few candidates that failed to attend an interview, however this is not the responsibility of Market 36, but the persons applying for the roles. I would recommend Market 36 to support in your recruitment needs. I would add that Market 36 do take the time to visit you and get to know you and your business to ensure they are recommending the right candidates with skill set you need for your open roles.

I dealt with Luke at Market 36 Recruitment who placed me in my current position. He listened and took on board my skills to ensure he put me forward for correct and relevant jobs, he continuously kept me in the loop with where I was at in terms of the interview process and always passed over all information from the client ensuring all questions I had were answered correctly and in a timely manner. I’ve had the most amazing experience with Market 36, Luke supported me and guided me throughout getting my new job, from putting me forward for a job I didn’t think I would be right for through to getting the job and checking up on me even after my first few days starting there! Could not fault Luke, he went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank him enough for getting me this role!
