Last year, I brought my new Honda BF250d in for service and they scratched the engine cowl due to trimming the engine up too high. Brought it to the attention of the miserable lady at the parts desk, asked for touch up paint. She said she would get back to me and never did. I also needed help with prop selection and the gentleman there said he doesn’t know, I’ll just have to keep trying different ones. Today, I called to find new outboard mounting bolts, no answer. Drove all the way there. The same miserable lady was huffing and puffing looking for the parts and eventually said “yeah, you just gotta order online”. Absolutely no help from these people, horrible customer service. Will be using another Honda dealer from now on.
