Hilarious. Visited with my friend. We were determined to find it. It’s a bit of a walk, and when you arrive there is little original stonework on display, but the site is clearly banked and shaped like an amphitheatre. Perhaps one for dedicated heritage hunters only?

Sadly not much to see. The county has not excavated any of the area.

An interesting bit of history that has been poorly presented and maintained. There is little to see here with information boards missing (the sole remaining is in poor repair) and areas overgrown. This place could be much improved simply with a few more information boards and some TLC.
