Was called by her, as possibly a misdialed number, to send a fax. Had the classic fax noise to connect and send. Extremely loud and it physically hurt my ear. Called the number back to see if it was a misdial or if they needed to speak to someone. She was rude, curt, and mouthy. She hung up on me before I could say anything beyond the initial connection reaction. Googled the number and this is in “public relations”? What a joke! If this interaction with their mistake was how they relate to the public, they she should close her doors now and go work for the DMV. Ridiculous attitude she has. There’s no way she can help you or your business except to lose customers.
