I wasn’t actively looking for a job but was contacted about a job offer that piqued my interest. After a short written exchange, I had a conversation with Mr. Maly, in which the position in question was introduced to me in more detail and all of my open questions were answered very well. Mr. Maly impressed me not only with his professionalism but also with great, open communication at eye level and a consistently positive atmosphere. I just had a great feeling after the conversation and was informed by him a short time later that if I wanted to, the company’s management would like to get to know me and of course I said yes. What can I say: not long after the interview, I informed my old employer about my termination and am looking forward to my new challenge. Without Maly&Partner and especially Julian Maly, this would never have happened and I am more than grateful for that.

I took time off from my university course for a job interview. This was postponed without comment to another day, 25 minutes before the appointment. There was no call or explanation.
