I was struggling with dissatisfaction with my job and career. Melody helped me change my perspective and help me set up smart goals.
I always felt Melody was very supportive. It was easy to quickly build rapport with her and feel comfortable, which is not always easy to do with a stranger. No matter what issue I brought up, she was able to help me reframe my attitude and approach without telling me what to do.
She is the best!
She is a fantastic 1 on 1 coach.

First of I would like to say the CEO Melody Smith is an amazing woman. Her spirts is always up when you speak with her! I would recommend Making A Difference Staffing to EVERYONE if I could. When I say I quit one job and reached out Melody about a job, two days later I had a start date for my new job!! And I’m loving it by the way! She came through very fast an professional. Melody was very personable, courteous, resourceful, and anticipated my needs. She was on time to our event and even stayed later than originally contracted. Her appearance and demeanor was very professional. Melody went above and beyond to make our 3 day event successful and less stressful for myself as the event coordinator. She impressed our company so much that we have discussed with her the potential to assist with other events in other locations across the United States.
