Overall, my experience at Magic City Casino has been very positive. The staff is friendly and courteous—from the moment you walk in, all the way to the cleaning personnel—which creates a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.
However, there is one area that could be improved: the attitude at the cafeteria. On several occasions, when paying with the Players Club card, I’ve noticed that some of the staff react with a negative attitude or unfriendly expressions. A smile or a more respectful approach would go a long way in maintaining the high level of customer service throughout the casino.
