I recently had a very disappointing interview experience. The entire process felt rushed and impersonal, as if the interviewer was more interested in focusing on negative attributes than genuinely assessing my qualifications. Being judged in a mere three-minute conversation left me feeling undervalued and frankly, quite frustrated. It’s a shame when an organization doesn’t recognize that a candidate’s potential can’t be accurately gauged through such superficial interactions. (Darren George)
