I have worked with them in the past to fill positions with highly skilled candidates, and I have recently worked with them as a candidate to find a new position. They are diligent, work with reputable companies and hiring managers, and put their best effort forward to find the best fit for both candidate and company. I would recommend Workbridge, specifically Courtney Hughes and Katie Flynn, to any company looking to hire quality technology professionals or any job seeker to find their next successful role.

Short Review: My experience with Workbridge Associates was amazing from a job seeker’s point of view. After our first meeting in their office, I got all the benefits of combing through all the jobs myself, with none of the actual combing. They put me in front of employers who needed people, and made sure the process was swift as possible. I’ve been at my new job for a little over a week now, and I have to say, I’m loving it! Longer Review: I had spoken with many recruiters and applied to a few jobs already by the time I found Workbridge Associates. Their website said they specialized in technology, but I didn’t realize how serious they were about that until I went in to meet with them for the first time. I was amazed. Their team, goals, and, most importantly, specialization were everything I hoped for as a job seeker. Let me make this clear: this is not your average recruiting firm. They focus on technology and, to prove it, their teams focus into small niche groups to specialize further. I came to them looking for a web development job, and I had some high expectations. When I came in, I spoke to Bethany, and, after answering some of my questions, she wanted to know the details of my background. Now, I’m not talking about the average ‘what did you do at your previous job,’ but more like ‘tell me about the technologies and methodologies you used, the experience you had with each, which you enjoyed most, and where do you want to go with your career.’ I felt like an actual person, and not technology person 50462 to throw “opportunities” at and hope one sticks. Amazing, a place that treats me like a real person! I also spoke with Tom, and found that I would be working with the whole team usually, and they communicate to each other about where candidates are in processes and communication. After that meeting, every call I receive from them about work was always interesting and in my skill set. If I was interested, they would do all the leg work, and I would have an interview. They made looking for a job much easier than it would be on my own. Also, the employers they put me in front would have been difficult for me to find as well. I started my search with them, and after a couple of no goes, I recently started my new web development job a little over a week ago, and I love it. They helped me get it, and I appreciate all the work they did! The bottom line: If you need help finding work in the technology field, and want to be treated like a real person, Workbridge is the firm for you.
