My experience with MacDonald Search Group was wonderful.
I was approached through e-mail by a very fine gentleman called Jesse. After a brief talk, I felt pretty quickly that he had a very good offer in mind, totally aligned with my career plans. The entire dialogue with the new company was very smooth, with Jesse providing me all the assistance I needed, as well as keeping me updated constantly. Very rapidly, both me and the company were able to reach an agreement that was very beneficial.
Now, a few months after having started the new job, It feels like me and the new company are a very nice match, and I am pretty sure they are very satisfied with their new hire!
