I had an opportunity to join the M3 Staffing team as a marketing intern from January to March. I worked with two mentors, one HR assistant and four other interns. Everyone welcomed me in a warm and friendly environment. Regarding the tasks, it was more self-learning and finding ways to improve awareness of the business in the market. I had a lot of discussions brainstorming ways of improvement with everyone, which helped me understand the importance of analyzing data and facts to implement any marketing practices. It is a highly recommended place to have an actual Canadian working experience for any students, intern programs, or co-op opportunities.
