Dear Mr Talwar
I am Dr Rajat Kandhari, a dermatologist from New Delhi, who has been scrambling to get his car (GLA 200) get back into shape at your Mayapuri branch. My car has been there a couple of times earlier with issues pertaining to coming back punctured, no wash etc. But this time has taken the cake. My car went for servicing and when I got it back the passenger seat was immobile. On calling Mr Bidyut he was in denial regarding the same and clueless. On probing he told me this is due to what you kept behind the passenger seat and I said nevertheless let’s get it corrected. He called the car back and said it’s fixed and sent it back which broke down a day later, this happened again and while on the way back (now the third time at WS) the same issue happened until when I was told to change the unit which was ordered and I waited for close to 2 weeks or so – fast forward , the part came ( after me sending a few mails I was “granted” some discount, and was in talks with Ms Divya. Finally my car goes back and I don’t get Any call or message of it being received at the Center, more over every time the pick up guys are either delayed or want to come early. (This happened every time – 5 times FYI – no change, no improvement, not even any effort, just a “sorry sir” we will take care)
Finally, u keep following up with divya and am told u will receive the car in a day, only to follow up on my own again the next day when u get Mr Bidyuts call gain telling me the part fitments are again missing (some child parts). All this time I have not been “allowed” FYI to talk to any of the people “higher up” and especially not someone like you ( hence writing this). I am then contacted by Divya that now we will again send your car back and pick it when we get the part and we won’t charge extra for that (great generosity) – I am stuck and unhappy and unfortunately unable to express my concerns with anyone or do anything regarding this matter. I do hope you read this and up your game in the service Center’s as currently it’s fairly dismal.
